Why we exist

We started this because generic AIwasn't cutting it.

The founding note

We started RenaDynamics because we kept watching service businesses we cared about lose calls, lose leads, and lose hours to work that should never have touched a human.

The pattern was familiar. A dental practice with 200 missed calls a month. A law firm where the best leads called at 9pm and never called back. An accountant whose front desk spent three hours a day on "what's the cost of" — every day, same questions, different voices.

The fix everyone reached for was fine. Fine is the problem. Generic AI receptionists with your logo on them. Off-the-shelf chatbots that don't know your insurance policies. Voicemail trees that ask people to press 4 to be forgotten. Fine doesn't earn the second call.

So we built a studio around the un-generic version. Custom agents trained on the actual policies, the actual schedule, the actual things patients and clients ask about. Voice on your existing line. Chat on your existing site. Booking into your existing software. And the same two of us on every build.

We kept it small on purpose. Two founders, both senior, both on every project. One side runs the build, the other runs the taste, and the only handoff is between us. Marketing, web, and brand still ship from the same room — AI is just the lead practice now.

Six things we believe, enough to argue about.

These aren't aspirational. They're the filter we run every project through. If we're breaking one of these for you, something has gone wrong.

    Ship in days, not quarters.

    Most agency cycles waste two months on alignment theater. We compress the loop. First working surface within a week of kickoff, not a deck.

    Brand is structural, not decorative.

    Visual identity isn't a coat of paint over a finished product. It's load-bearing. We design it as infrastructure, then build everything else against it.

    We don't outsource.

    No off-shore code shop, no freelance ghost network, no white-labeled deliverables. Hunnain writes the code. Ali sets the direction. That's the deal.

    AI behind the curtain, taste in front.

    We use the modern stack ruthlessly to move faster. The work it produces still has to pass a human eye that gives a damn.

    Premium isn't a price tag.

    It's the absence of cheap decisions. The fifth round of copy. The kerning nobody asked about. The empty state that didn't have to be designed but was.

    Health and fitness, by choice.

    It's a category we live in. We work with brands obsessed with how their athletes feel at 5am, and we treat their websites with the same intensity.
